KCSociety’s Restaurant Training Program  offers participants a warm, practical environment to learn essential kitchen and customer service skills. In partnership with local restaurants, trainees experience every step of food preparation, from stretching dough and crafting pizzas to baking and plating with care. KCS partnered with a local bakery to deliver hands-on bakery training  for youth on the Autism Spectrum. Through this partnership, participants learned how to prepare dough, bake bread and cookies, and work as part of a supportive, inclusive team.
