KCS partnered with a local bakery to deliver hands-on bakery training for youth on the Autism Spectrum. Through this partnership, participants learned how to prepare dough, bake bread and cookies, and work as part of a supportive, inclusive team. This initiative helps youth build both confidence and employable skills in a real work environment.
